Terms of Service

AskGSC (https://askgsc.app) is operated by KALYVOX SASU, SASU (French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company), at 6 place du Président Thomas Woodrow Wilson, 31000 Toulouse, France, registration number 999 458 409 (Toulouse Trade and Companies Register). Support: contact@kalyvox.ai.

These Terms govern access to the site, account registration, Search Console features and paid services when available.

AskGSC connects Google Search Console with ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant. It allows users to inspect authorized properties, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR and average positions and compare reporting periods.

AskGSC is a technical gateway, not a comprehensive SEO audit or a guarantee of search performance. We are independent of and not endorsed by Google, OpenAI or Anthropic.

Creating an account or using AskGSC means accepting these Terms. Users must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authority to represent it.

Users sign in with Google and voluntarily authorize read-only access to Search Console properties that they are already permitted to view. Users can revoke these permissions at any time, which may disable related features.

Users are responsible for protecting their Google account and managing authorizations granted to third-party applications.

The user chooses whether to authorize a compatible MCP client. When requested, AskGSC may transmit Search Console results needed by that client to perform the selected operation.

Third-party assistants process the received information under their own terms and privacy settings. Users must have the rights necessary to share any professional or confidential information that they access.

A 14-day free trial with no credit card requirement starts when a user first successfully connects an authorized Google Search Console property.

After expiry, MCP functions may be suspended until a subscription is activated. The AskGSC account is not automatically deleted. No payment is collected automatically after the trial unless the user expressly subscribes.

We may restrict repeated trial registrations intended to circumvent access limitations.

When paid plans become available, the relevant price, taxes and billing interval will be displayed before purchase. The planned introductory price is €4.99 per month including VAT where that tax-inclusive price applies.

Subscriptions are activated only after express purchase authorization and may renew at the agreed interval until canceled.

Stripe may process payments. AskGSC does not store complete payment card numbers. If payment fails, paid access may be suspended with appropriate notice and subject to law.

A user may cancel through the account facilities provided or by contacting contact@kalyvox.ai. Unless mandatory law or more favorable terms apply, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the AskGSC account. Account deletion can be requested separately.

Eligible consumers generally have a legal 14-day withdrawal period starting when the paid service contract is concluded, subject to applicable exceptions and statutory conditions.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous notice to contact@kalyvox.ai containing your name, account email and subscription date. Any implications of starting the service before the withdrawal period ends are governed by mandatory consumer law.

Users agree to comply with applicable law, Google's API policies and the conditions of connected assistants.

• Do not access another person's account or Search Console property without authorization.
• Do not bypass authentication, access controls, technical restrictions or API quotas.
• Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity or attempts to compromise its security.

The service depends on Google Search Console, Supabase and compatible AI assistants. Outages, API quota limits, third-party changes and temporary interruptions may occur.

Search Console information may be delayed, aggregated, anonymized or incomplete. Average position is not a real-time ranking. AskGSC does not guarantee SEO improvements, traffic growth or the correctness of third-party AI interpretations.

AskGSC takes reasonable measures to maintain security and reliability. Liability remains subject to applicable law. Users remain responsible for decisions based on data and third-party assistant responses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

The AskGSC name, software, original content and interface belong to their respective rights holders. Users receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during authorized access.

Retrieving Search Console information does not transfer ownership of that information to AskGSC.

The Privacy Policy is available at https://askgsc.app/en/privacy-policy. AskGSC may change features or contract terms, with notice of material changes and subject to applicable law.

French law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory protections for consumers in other countries. Courts with jurisdiction will be determined under applicable rules.
